The doors opened to the public on 1st August 2009 and we hit the ground running with over 3500 rounds played on our Heritage Links course in the fist eight weeks.
We were lucky enough to have Ryder Cup Captian Colin Montgomerie and PGA Chief Executive Sandy Jones on hand to officially open the golf facilities a few weeks later and both were highly impressed.
