Clare-Marie is our newest recruit in the PGA coaching centre, she is currently working towards her full PGA qualification.
Clare-Marie attended the University of Stirling from 2003-2006 on a golf scholarship, where she completed a BA in Sport Studies. During her time at university she won the Scottish University championship and competed in a number of overseas tournaments playing for the university. During Clare-Marie’s amateur career, she represented Scotland in the Home Internationals and European Team Championships.
After a successful amateur career at club, county and national level she turned pro in September 2010, playing of a scratch handicap. It will take Clare-Marie three years to become a fully qualified PGA professional. During this time she will train in areas such as- Business Management, Sport Science, Equipment Technology, Coaching and Rules.
